How we handle your information, orders, and returns.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

For retail orders, we collect the contact and order details we need to reach you and fulfill your order. This includes name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation.

For events, we collect the contact information we need to update you about the event and verify your participation.

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell or share your data.

When you order from our retail store, your information is securely processed by Square and shipping carriers in order to fulfill your order.

When you buy a convention ticket to attend one of our events, you submit the necessary information to the convention organizers to facilitate your entry. Please refer to an individual convention's privacy policy for their necessary details.

Cookies & analytics

We use Cloudflare's built-in analytics to monitor generalized traffic and geolocation (e.g., which countries or states are visiting). It is cookieless, and we do not track you across websites.

Shipping Policy

Let's be frank — we are a local company, run by people with day jobs, not an e-commerce enterprise. We're happy to ship you your order, and we appreciate your patience as we will not meet Amazon's standards.

Processing time

We try to get in-stock orders out in 3 business days, but depending on other factors it may be up to 10.

We do not carry extensive stock, so we place a lot of back orders with our distributor. If the distributor has it, we usually get it within 2 weeks. If they need to order it from the manufacturer, it may be longer.

Corvus Belli pre-orders for a given month aren't in our hands until the end of that month — our shipping timeline doesn't start until we've received it.

Shipping methods

We use USPS Ground Advantage whenever possible, with a tracking number and insurance. Shipping rates vary based on parcel size and necessary coverage.

Where we ship

Continental United States only.

Lost or damaged in transit

In case of loss or damage, we will leverage the shipping insurance that is on all our orders.

Refund & Returns Policy

Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. If there is no defect, the item must be unopened, sealed, and intact.

Opened items

We can't accept opened paints unless there is an obvious defect.

Mispacks & casting issues

Our preferred game manufacturers generally offer excellent mispack / QC resolution. When they do, we'll point you to them directly — they'll send the missing or damaged bit free of charge, one of the many reasons we love working with them.

These policies are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If there's ever a problem with an order, contact us before opening a payment dispute — we'd much rather make it right directly.
